If you're using illusion there are some fairly cost spells such as Conjure Nightmare. If you're going to spam those to an extent, it's a good energy spike item. As with everything: People tend to pay high prices for what is new.

Dear lord, how do some of you guys get so many green drops? I finished Nightfall with my sis and the only 2 greens we ever saw were the ones we got with our books at endgame...

as with all my NF greens (all 2 of em the other is already capped) got with full hench capping elites
